STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND
You have the right to cancel your purchase without any penalty or obligation through three (3) days after enrollment, if you have not viewed any assignments and have not accessed any content beyond Section 1. After this three-day period, you are not eligible for a refund if you choose to not pursue the program.
Anyone that chooses to cancel their enrollment will be ineligible for enrollment in any curriculum for a period of six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation occurs when the student provides a written notice of cancellation by email to [email protected]. The written notice of cancellation need not take any form and however expressed; it is effective if it shows that the student no longer wishes to be enrolled.
COMPANY’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel an enrollment based on conduct violation. If you display threatening, abusive, or dangerous behavior towards us, our staff, our personnel, or fellow students; then we reserve the right to refuse you to continue the course. In such circumstances you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid and we reserve the right to prevent you from taking any course in the future if we feel that is necessary for the protection of our staff, personnel, or students.
Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel an enrollment if a student has failed to make progress towards completion of the course and failed to maintain communication with Go Cloud Architects staff or personnel.
Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel an enrollment or dis-enroll a student for delinquent payment status.
Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel an enrollment or dis-enroll a student for dishonesty, falsification, plagiarism, or any similar conduct.
Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates reserve the right to cancel an enrollment or dis-enroll a student, if that individual is found to be using our training methods, services, content, and/or materials in a manner which would be considered a conflict of interest or in a manner which would be considered as competitive in nature to Go Cloud Architects, and affiliates.
PAYMENT PLANS
If you enroll in a program utilizing a payment plan method, you enter into an agreement and obligation to complete payments according to plan you choose. The payment plans are not a subscription service, that can be stopped at any time. Payment plans are an agreement to and obligation to complete all payments of the selected payment plan.
The payments in the payment plan are automated and scheduled in advance. For example, if you enroll using a 3 month payment plan, you enter into an agreement and obligation to make three equal monthly payments beginning on the day of your enrollment and continuing monthly until the payment plan is complete.
In the event that you miss a payment in a payment plan, you will be notified via email that your payment has been unsuccessful, and your access to the training platform will be suspended. After four failed attempts to collect a payment, your account will be inaccessible until you contact the Go Cloud Architect’s team.
When utilizing a payment plan, some features of some programs may not be available until the payment plan has been completed. For example, a program that might include one-on-one consultations as part of the program, the one-on-one consultation will not be available until the payment plan has been completed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All content provided in the program (unless stated otherwise) is proprietary and confidential and shall not be disclosed in any manner to a third party without the prior written consent of Go Cloud Architects. This includes but is not limited to videos, books, assignment documents, and instructions. Failure to adhere to this stipulation, will result in removal from the program without refund.
